The Journal of Business Science applies theory developed from business research to real business life. Recognizing the interwoven relationships between the many areas of business activity, JOBS examines a wide variety of business decisions, processes and activities within the actual business setting. Its aim is to evaluate and publish theoretical and empirical work in the fields of organizational behavior, strategic management, accounting, finance, operations and supply chain management, healthcare management, finance, management information systems, and international trade. Published for executives, researchers and scholars alike, the Journal aids the application of empirical research to practical situations and conceptual work to the reality of the business world. JOBS is indexed by Index Copernicus International (ICI), Google Scholar, ResearchBib, DRJI, Acarindex, Scientific Indexing Services, ASOS Index, CEEOL, Rootindexing, Journal Factor, i2or and Sobiad Authors and Authors responsibilities: JOBS does not charge any fee to process or publish the articles. JOBS does not pay any fee to the authors for their articles. JOBS allows the authors to hold the copyright of their articles published. All authors have significantly contributed to the research; the author(s) are obliged to provide retractions or corrections of mistakes; and authors should provide a list of references, financial support; it should also be forbidden to publish same research in more than one journal. Names similarity, surname change, names with Turkish letters, different writings, institutional changes may cause problems in the publication / citation searches made by the author. For this reason, it is important for researchers to obtain a descriptive ID. Hence JOBS requested the ORCID number from the authors. Peer-review process: JOBS is an international peer-reviewed academic journal with qualified research articles. Every article submitted to the journal goes through a double blind peer review process. All decisions and findings in the peer review process are objective. And also all accepted articles are kept confidential before publication.
