Description
The Euro-Latin American Journal of Social and Political Analysis (RELASP), was founded in Rome, on January 28, 2019, as a result of cooperation between scholars and institutions from Latin America and Europe. Since its creation, RELASP has aimed to contribute to the production of knowledge at the university level and to the production of quality research, promoting respect for democratic values and methodological precision. Based on a strong preliminary awareness of the kind of specific contribution that political science and sociology can make to the development of the social sciences, RELASP is open to interdisciplinary cooperation, from anthropology to linguistics; from history to philosophy; and from demography to law and economics. The journal has an editorial board from various countries, which contributes to academic collaboration between Latin America and Europe, in line with one of the RELASP objectives, which is to promote cross area comparative studies. RELASP is aimed especially at political scientists and sociologists working in various subfields: from sociological theory to the sociology of cultural and communicational processes; from epistemology to research methodology; from comparative politics to international relations; from the study of political parties and public administration to the study of democratization and development processes.
